Licensed as a full-time REALTOR® since 2001, Michele leads with heart, experience and an unwavering commitment to service. As team lead of The Kubiak Group, she brings more than two decades in the Las Vegas market to every buyer, seller and agent she works with.
Service is not just a value for Michele, it is her passion. She served four years on the Las Vegas REALTORS® Grievance Committee and chaired it in 2024. Her honors include Top 25 Women in Real Estate, the Chairman's Circle Gold award and a CORE Values award, and The Kubiak Group was named a Best of Las Vegas Luxury Real Estate Team in 2022, 2024 and 2025.
